I have a group of survey respondents that we want to disqualify, but I don’t want to delete their responses because we may need them at some point, the manager right now just does not want them counted in our any of the annual reports. I see how to disqualify them and i see that I can report on disqualified responses. My dilemma is that I cannot mark individual responses as re-qualified unless I go through the API, which I’m not able to do and our technical support is too busy to do something like this. And, it won’t work to include all disqualified responses on reports, because some have been disqualified for other reasons and need to remain disqualified. I really need a way to re-qualify some responses and not others.
It appears it is easy to delete an un-delete surveys, but you cannot report on deleted surveys and we really don’t want to delete the surveys. If anyone has any insight into this, I’d greatly appreciate it.
This does sound tricky – I’m wondering if response tagging would work for your scenario: https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/tag-open-text-responses
This doesn’t change the status of the response but gives you an easy way to identify it.
