Why are my slider question responses not being tabulated correctly in the standard report?


I have a 0 to 10, increment = 1 slider NPS question in my survey (required, no NA option, starting value=0). All responses for this question in the Standard Report show up as zero, but they aren’t zero…the data file export contains the correct values. What’s going on with the report?

    I’m curious what customizations you have made to this chart – I see the little red ‘i’ next to the Layout & Options link in your screenshot, perhaps that has something to do with it?

    I’m curious what would show if you tried a different chart, Vertical Bar Chart vs Histogram Chart?
