Can I show/hide based on an e-mail action firing?

I have a form that will need reviews and signatures of multiple individuals – once submitted, a supervisor needs to review/sign it, then three other levels of management in succession.  I was thinking of doing a show/hide of each signature based on the previous e-mail responder firing, but there might be a better way.  Little help?

    Hi Steven,

Can you provide some more detail about what you are trying to do.  The exact sequence of signatures and email actions may determine whether you can do this with question logic or if a custom script is needed.

I am going to assume that the emails that go to the supervisor, manager, and director contain links to the appropriate survey response.

Would it possible for you to put URL variables (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/url-variables) on the links?  These variables could then be used to trigger question logic statements (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/url-variables-in-logic) and make the signature blocks visible to the appropriate parties.

Once submitted, I want an e-mail to go to the Supervisor, at which point the supervisor signature section would show.  Once the supervisor submits, I want an email to go to the Station Manager, at which point the Station Manager signature section would show.  Same to the Regional Manager, and then finally the Safety Director.
