I appreciate your help on this. We’ve released a survey – http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/2807782/innovation-audit
– and are receiving responses. The problem is that our reports are not showing the final section, where we ask people to include their name, organisation and email.
I imagine this is to do with how we’ve built this section.
Any suggestions on how to overcome this?
If a report contains personal information, that information is unavailable unless the report is password-protected. Consult the SurveyGizmo documentation for details – https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/contact-info-in-shared-report
I don’t want to share their details in a report, but I do want to know who they are. How do I find that out?
The simplest way would be to export the data into an Excel file(https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/excel-export). You could also build customized reports for your survey by adding or deleting questions (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/standard-report).
When I follow your link, and then click on the ‘share’ tab in my questionnaire, I don’t see the options you describe.
Open the report in question and click on the SHARE REPORT link at the top right corner. Then look for the WHO CAN SEE THIS REPORT field. If you still can’t see it you will have to contact SurveyGizmo Support (https://community.surveygizmo.com/email-a-support-hero/).
Thank you Jim. So, two questions:
- I don’t want to share their details in a report, but I do want to know who they are. How do I find that out?
- When I follow your link, and then click on the ‘share’ tab in my questionnaire, I don’t see the options you describe.
I have a pro account, in case it’s relevant,
