I have one question at the beginning of my survey asking which of four brands the respondent has purchased from. It’s a select-all-that-apply question.
I want the respondent then to be routed to a follow-up set of questions, all on one page, based on their selection in this first question. There are four follow-up pages — one for each of the possible brand selections in the first question.
I’ve put these four pages into a group and randomized the order. But now I want to make sure each respondent only sees one of them.
How can I do this?
The best option is use Page Logic (if it is available in your account). See the SurveyGizmo documentation for details – https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/setup-page-logic.
The next best option would be to use Skip Logic (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/set-up-skip-logic). The logic tests required to set this up would be more complex, but it can be made to work.
It should not be necessary for you to randomize the pages once you have the logic in place. It may be more useful for you to randomize the options in the first question (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/randomization).
