I am creating surveys for other offices and I want the results to go directly to the appropriate person who has requested the survey. I have created a survey, but can’t figure out how to share the survey results and reports to the other person.
Once you create your survey, navigate to the “Results” tab and click “Reports”. From there, you can create a report that you want to share. After you have finished building out your report, you can share it. Specifically, on the left-hand column, there is an option called “Share Report”. Once you click it, I dialog box will pop up. From here you can select the option “Email Report Automatically”. When you do that, an expanded list will appear where you can select the frequency, recipients, and other key details. Once you have finished setting it up, click “Save”.
