Why are the SG Emails failing fraud detection tests suddenly?

Hi,

I’ve been using SurveyGizmo for a couple of years now and rarely had a problem sharing the email links using campaigns. Suddenly, the last couple of weeks, when I’ve sent to myself I get an alert above the message saying “This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be. Learn more about spoofing.” 

Granted, this is more than likely due to changes in Outlook, but wanted to check to see if anything had changed in the way emails are sent from SurveyGizmo. I haven’t changed my method when sending at all.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Or heard of anyone else experiencing this?

    I have not encountered a similar problem recently – like you said, there may have been an administrative change on your Outlook client. It does sound like you might be using the feature described here (which certainly can have a negative impact on deliverability):
