SurveyGizmo does currently allow multiple accounts or multiple users within a single account associated with the exact same email address.
You may consider using slightly different variations of your email address like:
Depending on your email client however, you may not actually receive emails at the +1 address (this would typically create a folder in your inbox with the name ‘1’, but again depends on your email client.
