We have a quiz set up that is calculating a score based on the respondent’s answers. At the end of the quiz we have a text box asking for any feedback they might have for. Sentiment analysis is scoring that comment and affecting the quiz score as well.
How can we turn sentiment analysis off so that the quiz scores are not affected?
I don’t think Sentiment Analysis can be disabled, but I also don’t think it should factor into Quiz Scoring – it might be a good idea to reach out to SurveyGizmo Support team for troubleshooting as they will be able to access your survey:
