I’ve read several of the topics in the forum about this but I just want to ensure I am using best practices. I plan to send a survey to 20,000 (I have the pro plan and yes it is a clean list, can-spam approved, etc.). I have no reason to segment the list. Is it OK to just hit send to all 20,000 at once?
Provided it’s a clean list you should be fine with sending to all contacts at once – note the the campaign may take over an hour to fully send due to the amount of contacts.
The main concern is having the campaign suspended due to an excessive bounce rate, but again if it’s a clean list that should not be an issue for you.
