I made one send email action and I fill the Time Delay field with “+10 minutes”. Now I have more the 10 hours I didn’t received email. With out this advance property “Time delay” email works fine and I received all emails except the Time Delay one’s. ANY THOUGHT, really appreciated. Below is the screen shot of my Time delay property field.
Based on what you have said and the screenshot, this looks like it is set up correctly. You may need to reach out to SurveyGizmo to have them investigate (if you have not contacted them already).
