In the mobile version, when a respondent has to scroll down to answer a question and the app automatically advance to the next question, it starts at the bottom (showing the list of possible selections) so the respondent has to scroll up in order to read the question instead of starting at the top of the page. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you!
I can’t say that I’m seeing the same issue on my surveys. Maybe this is related to a specific question type or a specific device.
I’m not sure if you are still looking to resolve this but I’d be curious to know what feedback you have about the above questions.
