My scheduled emails did not send


Hi I scheduled a number of emails to send at 4.00am this morning but they did not send.  Is this something to do with the time zones.  The email schedule asks for standard eastern time which I set as 4.00am as it would be 9.00am here in the UK however when I checked at 9.10am UK time they had not sent.

Please can you advise if I have done anything wrong as I need to schedule each week,

    A 10 minute delay is not uncommon, depending on the amount of contacts you are sending to (I would allow up to 30 minutes). I would assume that by now the emails have sent, barring the campaign being suspended due to a high bounce rate.
