I don’t believe this is possible, but in case I have missed something – is there any way to customise, save, and then schedule an export of contact data (from an email campaign), in the same way that you can export results data?
As far as I can tell, the only way to report on non-responses is to manually export email campaign contact data every time you want it, in a set format – it would be good to have the same kind of options that are available when exporting results data i.e. ability to customise, save and schedule to automatically send. Is this something that could be developed?
Also, it would be good to be able to export contact data for more than one email campaign at the same time/in the same file (i.e. we had to set up a second campaign, not through choice, but only because we seemed to get a bug in our first one, which stopped automated reminder emails from sending, so now have two campaigns but don’t want to distinguish between them).
Unfortunately I don’t think you missed anything. The type of export that you are looking for is not currently available directly from an email campaign. The Status Log file that you can currently download is the best option (though like you mentioned this is not customizable and is available for one campaign at a time).
