I sent a report link to a client. It said “Chart Loading” when he tried to download the chart. Nothing happened. It didn’t download. I tried it, too. Got the same result…nothing.

You may consider reaching out to SurveyGizmo support (if you have not already) – here in the Community forum, other users like yourself will not have access to directly troubleshoot your survey.
As a troubleshooting setup, I recommend creating a new report with the same settings to see if that addresses the report issue that you are seeing.
