I am having problems with the ‘Save and continue’ function of a survey. Although the function is displayed, users are not receiving the e-mail. I tested it myself. I also checked the reports and the ‘URL variable: snc’, which should indicate whether the user saved his/her e-mail, but it happened to be empty.
In another survey I have with the same account it works properly.
Are you using an Email Campaign or the Save & Continue setting under Advanced > Response Settings?
You mentioned you have tested yourself – have you checked to see if the emails are ending up in your junk/spam folder?
Another suggestion would be to test the feature with another email address.
