Retrieving reports after transition



We had a free account and were automatically transitioned to the new free account. We deleted all surveys except for three, the maximum which we are allowed under the new rules. Neither the letter informing us of the changes nor subsequent communications with the team advised us that the reporting function would no longer be available. This means were are stuck with an ongoing survey and no way to retrieve the information.

I understand the reasons why the changes were necessary. We now find ourselves in a very difficult situation, with no way to retrieve important information.

Please advise.

    @Danielle : We did remove access to Individual Responses in the new free plan. However, the Standard Report as well as the raw data export should still be available to you.
