Results not recorded

Hi,

I sent out my questionnaire today and it has been filled out but I don’t see any entries for today? This is highly stressful because i can’t see whether the results are saved nor can I track progress. Why aren’t the results showing up? Can this be fixed asap? I already sent out my survey to hundreds of people.

    HI, I also noticed this temporarily this morning on our survey, but it does seem to be coming through fine now and is showing data that was collected earlier today. I think it must have been a short blip – fingers crossed. I submitted a help ticket to the Gizmo support team before I saw this and saw that it was fixed, so if you are still worried, I’d contact the help desk!
