Survey Reports are not displaying results properly despite previously displaying.
Yesterday we also noticed that some items fell off of our survey questions.
Can someone help us stabilize our survey asap?
Hey Laura, It sounds like another user could be modifying your survey. If items aren’t modified correctly in SurveyGizmo it can create a disconnect between the questions and the data. The folks at SurveyGizmo can do what they call a “Rollback” to the version where the data previously existed but the caveats are that there could not have been over 30 changes and the survey has to be closed to do the rollback.
