[Solved] Respondents have trouble submitting


Good afternoon,

Recently, I have been receiving emails from individuals taking this survey http://sgiz.mobi/s3/E-ROC-Evaluation  that they are unable to submit their answers. Everything looks fine from my end, though — so far, everybody who has written to say that they were unable to submit shows up as completed for me — for some reason it’s not registering for them. Their supposed inability to submit causes them to not be able to access a certificate of attendance on my company’s online course.

When I try the survey myself, I have no problems submitting, but I do notice a strange error message across the top of the page which is present throughout the survey. See below. Does this have anything to do with it?

Do you have any advice for me? Many thanks for your help.

    Hi Nora,

    Thanks for reaching out, that code looks like it’s coming from Google Analytics. When I took a look at the survey settings (Advanced > General and then all the way at the bottom), it looks the the embed code for the analytics was placed in the field that should actually contain the Tracking ID.


    That’s what’s causing that odd code to appear and would likely also explain issues with submitting the survey. If you fix the analytics up and it still gives you troubles, please reach out to us in Support via chat or support@sgizmo.com
