Is there a way for a respondent to dynamically add additional text boxes to a textbox list question?

I will be having respondents nominate physicians based on some criteria.  There will be a list of 3 or 4 text boxes, each that draw from an auto-suggest set.  In very rare cases, a respondent might want/need to nominate more physicians than I have alotted textboxes.  Is there a way to set things up so they can dynamically add more text boxes within that question after using the 3 or 4 I have already alotted?  Right now, I plan to have a follow up radio button question (any more?) that would trigger an additional text box list question with some additional boxes.  But that feels clunky.  Thanks for suggestions.

If you are going to use textbox-list type question, then the follow-up radio button question is probably your best option.

Another option would be to use a custom group question.  Your group will consist of the single textbox with the auto-suggest list.  The custom group question has an add-as-needed function (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/add-as-needed) that will let your respondents add as many nominations as they want.
