I am using the forgot my password feature. The app tells me it is sending an email so I can reset the password. However I am recieving the email. I have verified the email address on the account.

Are you still unable to receive the password reset emails? Sometimes these types of emails may end up in a spam folder or get held up in a queue and take a little longer. If you are still having trouble, I suggest emailing email@example.com.
