I would like to know if I’m sending out my survey via email campaign, will I be able to set it up so that whenever the respondent enters the survey from the email invitation link, they would see a log in page for the survey? Especially if they access the survey multiple times?
We can definitely use a login action to make them enter a username/password when they first access the survey. Here’s how to do that: http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/login-password-action There’s a setting in there to require the password to be entered each time the survey is accessed, too.
Are you going to be using unique links in your email campaign, or sending out a generic link? With unique links, there can be only one response per link (so one per contact). When the contact clicks their link, they’ll be taken to where they left off in the survey. Once they reach the thank-you page, they won’t be able to enter a new response. Is that what you’re looking for?
Let me know if you have any questions! –Caitlin
