Wondering if we update our account from Basic to Pro now, even after we have closed a survey, if we’ll still be able to access a report that lists individual response data (IP address, etc).
You will absolutely be able to access those reports after upgrading your account. By upgrading your account, you will only be making more features available to you!

Hi, sorry that this isn’t really what you’re talking about, but it won’t let me post my own question separately. I’m trying to upgrade so i can use a custom style (to make my survey more school-spirit-y) but when I put my card number in it tells me to confirm my details and try again. I know I put it in right, what else can I do? i really need to get the survey out in the next week…
