I am trying to get a report that has comments included. As of now, my reports are not showing any comments that the users have included. Could you please assist me with that.
Are you creating a Summary Report?
When you click on NEW REPORT and select SUMMARY REPORT, a window opens with four display options:
- Include Open Text
- Include “Other – Write In” Text
- Include Comments
- Include Location Data
Select the INCLUDE COMMENTS option.
