I have reports that are scheduled for daily recurring delivery, yet even though they have recurring deliveries remaining, do not refresh. It started as an infrequent problem, though it is becoming more prevalent lately. We have been able to fix it by manually refreshing the report and it generally resumes delivery the next day. But with well over 100 reports that are recurring daily (just to links, not email), we do not know if any of the reports are “hung” until we get a report from a user.
Any advice on how we can limit the “hangs” in the future or force all surveys to refresh if we get a report of one hang?
I’m sorry to hear about the trouble. One piece of information I can offer is that scheduled reports generally do not refresh if no new responses have arrived. Is this possibly what’s happening in this situation?

To answer the last part of your question, SurveyGizmo does not have a feature to refresh reports in bulk, though that may be possible through our API (the downside being, this would require some amount of development work to set up).
