My report are not updating to show all completes


Hi!  I have had a survey in the field the past week, up until this morning all reports were working.  However, they have stopped updating and do not include any data from today.  Date filtering is not in place.  Exports and quotas are still updating.  Even new reports show stagnant completes, has anyone had this issue and know how to resolve?

    Hi Katrina,

    There was a report of system delays on SurveyGizmo’s US server on December 29, so it is possible that your updates were involved in this slow down.

    The SurveyGizmo Status page can be found at  There is also a link to subscribe to email notifications of system problems.

    My team does not have any currently active surveys, so I can’t tell if there is still a problem.  If the problem persists you might have to refer it to SurveyGizmo Support when they get back in next week.
