The HTML reports don´t show all sections. This applies to the first 2 – 3 sections. The are just text sections with intruductory text and some lists with facts (e.g. reporting date). When I refresh the view, the sections show momentarily and then disappear.
Also, when I try to add a new section with an image, nothing is inserted.
Please, let me know if this is a known problem.

The HTML reports that you refer to – are these the Standard Reports that SurveyGizmo creates? Your fellow SurveyGizmo users cannot see the sections that you refer to, so an explanation of what these sections are would be helpful. What view are you refreshing?

The report in question has an introduction with 20-30 lines of plain text. It is a standard html report generated by SG. This section shows a second before it disappears. The report is useless without the introduction. What can be wrong? A bug in the application?
It is not a bug. The online reports are database queries that are presented in graphic format. Since the text element in your survey does not have any response data to show, it is processed and then ignored during the query process.
You can, however, manually add the text to your report. There is an INSERT button above each of the question elements on the report. If you hover over the INSERT button and select the TEXT OR IMAGE option, you can past the text from your survey into the report. Thanks. I have used the insert text function. It worked fine for months, but now the text vanishes after a fraction of a second.
If I try and add another text section, same thing happens. It does not accept new text sections anymore.
Could it be something wrong with the report generator?
