Reocurring Report Troubleshoot



I set up a reoccuring report to email out once a month if new data has been added since the last send out. However, It’s been a month since I’ve created this, new surveys have been submitted but I did not receive a report via email. I followed the steps provided on the web site to set it up, double checked and have everything right. Can I get some input on why this would not be sending out?

    @Meghan : If you still have not received your report I would recommend opening a ticket with our support team; they should be able to get this sorted out!
