[Account Downgrade] – We updated the process for transitioning from a paid to free account.
[Contact Management] – We added the ability to permanently remove contact data from campaigns.
[Licenses] – We improved the user experience in being able to add licenses.
[User Management] – We added the ability to permanently remove user data from user management.
[Open Text Analysis] – We corrected an issue where the option to filter responses within open text analysis wasn’t always visible.
[Password Reset] – We corrected an issue where account administrators were logged out upon resetting the password of another account user.
[Password Reset] – We corrected an issue where the password attempt lockout was still active upon having since successfully logged in.
[Password Reset] – We corrected an issue where password resets would always apply to the existing logged in user.
[Phone Support] – We corrected an issue where the phone support number and access code wasn’t always being returned between the hours of 4p-6p MT.
[Security & Compliance] – We corrected an issue where users may have not been automatically disabled after a period of inactivity.
