Registration Issues –

Survey only requires (1) choice from a drop down menu to choose a date/time.  By choosing only (1) the survey shows at 33% completed.  I chose an additional date, and it was excepted at 100%, however the date chosen will send the confirmation email.

Any insight to fix this glitch would be appreciated!

    Hi Kathy,

    I am going to assume that your question concerns the percentage that appears in the progress bar.  This number can appear to be wrong, especially with short surveys.  See the SurveyGizmo documentation for details – https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/my-progress-bar-percentages-are-wrong.

    This simplest way to fix this is to turn the progress bar off – https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/remove-progress-bar
