Yesterday I shared my surprise that my credit card has been charged the subscription for more than 12 months since it was terminated. This morning, Surveygizmo graciously and swiftly made the refund from last Oct, 2015 till today. The moderator “appeared” to respond my question.
However, I can on longer access to the question I posted.
While I appreciate SurveyGizmo’s swift response to this issue, it’s a bit strange that there is no explanation in this regard.
If it’s the case, we will appreciate that SurveyGizmo will make the refund of the subscription between Mar to July in 2015 that we had no usage?
