[Solved] Redirect to multiple URL’s based on their answer to one of the questions

0

I’m trying to take answers to a survey question and based on the answer, redirect them to one of three pages.

I’ve read this: https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/redirect-to-a-website?

But it’s NOT easy to understand. It seems as if the info on that page is old too…

If they choose answer “A” I want to redirect them to “page 1”

If they choose answer “B” I want to redirect them to “page 2”

Etc.

But how?

Can someone please help??

You would need two different URL Redirect Actions (since each action only allows for one URL to be specified).

Each URL Redirect Action would then need Logic to be applied:

URL Action 1 > Only Trigger if Answer A

URL Action 2 > Only Trigger if Answer B

Here is info on setting up the Logic:

    https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/setup-question-logic

    I hope this helps clarify!

Thank you@lola – I went back and looked at how I had done something similar and was finally able to sort it out. Much appreciated…

        Hi Scott and Lola,

Thank you both for posting to the SurveyGizmo Community and for your feedback regarding the content of the ‘Redirect Respondents to a Website’ article.

I updated the content of the article and added a couple of sections that will hopefully help bring more clarity to scenarios like this one going forward.

Thank you both again for participating in the Community and for your feedback!

        Best regards,
