My survey respondents are saying they are not receiving the email when they request to save the survey and continue later. When I test this it works. Any ideas why this might not be working?
Are your survey respondents all located in one place, or perhaps all work for the same company and as a result have the same email domain, ex@google .com, etc?
If there is some commonly among the respondents, in my experience there may be a couple things that are going on:
- the emails might be going to spam – if you haven’t already, it’s a good idea to have the respondents check their spam/junk folders
- the emails might not be getting accepted by the recipient server and may need to be ‘whitelisted’ by whomever manages the recipient server (typically the IT Team).
