[Solved] Why does question show in email of completed survey if the respondent was not asked due to display logic?

0

Used display logic for a question, which is working correctly when the respondent is completing the survey.  However, when we received the email with the completed survey, the questions that are not displayed to the respondent are showing (although no response shows).  We receive a .pdf, and that shows the questions and responses just as the respondent was presented and answered them, but the email we receive contains all questions.  Is there any way to correct that?

    Hi JB,

All questions that are built into your survey will default to display in the PDF. To customize your PDF to only show questions that were displayed to the survey taker follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to the end of your survey to the Post Survey Actions. Click “Edit” on your confirmation email.

Step 2: Click on the “Advanced” tab. Under “Question Settings” check the box for “Only include questions displayed to survey taker”

    I hope this helps!
