I’ve emailed Gizmo support team with a couple of queries and just wanted to remind myself exactly what I’ve asked! The auto-acknowledgement sent doesn’t include the original query.

As Jim mentioned, the SurveyGizmo Support Team recently moved to a new platform for support tickets and live chat.
The ability to view existing requests is not currently available, though it is something that the team is exploring. More information is available here:

They recently revamped their Help functions, so this capability might be a work in progress. Other SurveyGizmo users might be able to offer opinions or talk about the old days when it was possible to view your requests to the Help desk, but I think that SurveyGizmo Support (https://community.surveygizmo.com/email-a-support-hero/) will be the ones to offer you a usable answer.
