I’ve seen this approach used by a couple of companies and it would be interesting to see if it improves response rates, or at least provide some feedback from customers less inclined to assist with a full survey. I’m interested in non-NPS and NPS style questions.
Our feedback survey requires some pretty complex HTML to achieve. You can download a template of our NPS question as sent in our feedback email here:
Once you download that survey if you go to the Email Campaign and then open the message you’ll see the question as it is in our feedback survey. This can be pretty complicated to customize which is why we have a simpler solution documented here:
