[Solved] Push survey completion information to existing Salesforce records

We have a simple Salesforce field for our custom survey objects that’s just a checkbox for whether the survey has been completed. When the respondent has finished the survey, I want a Salesforce push action to essentially check that box. However, I: a) do not see survey completion status available in the logic tab and b) do not see survey completion as a SurveyGizmo field to ‘map’ to the Salesforce survey completion field. How do I do this?

You would need to do this in the form of a question.

Essentially, you would create a radio button question that has perhaps yes/no answer options. You could set the ‘yes’ option as default and have this at the end of the survey.

You could then map this question to your corresponding SalesForce field via the SalesForce Action on your survey.

Hope this points you in the right direction.

      • Thanks, I added a hidden value at the end of the survey that set ‘Completion’ to ‘true’.
