how do I pull a checkbox value from Salesforce and display it?


I’ve got a Salesforce pull action setup and I am pulling checkbox values.  I am unable to get them to display on my survey.  Other fields (text) are displaying properly.  

I also can’t get the checkbox to push back to Salesforce and update the field.  SurveyGizmo Support confirmed my pull and push is set up properly but I can’t seem to get these to work.

Do I need to insert code to change the checkbox to true?

    What fields are you mapping to the checkboxes in SurveyGizmo? Perhaps it’s an issue of using non-compatible fields?

      • Thanks Dominic. I have been working with SG support and they haven’t been able to help. I have checkboxes in Salesforce that need to be mapped to checkboxes in SG. I know the guidance document says that I have to use a multi-pick list in Salesforce but that doesn’t work for our setup.
