I’ve got a Salesforce pull action setup and I am pulling checkbox values. I am unable to get them to display on my survey. Other fields (text) are displaying properly.
I also can’t get the checkbox to push back to Salesforce and update the field. SurveyGizmo Support confirmed my pull and push is set up properly but I can’t seem to get these to work.
Do I need to insert code to change the checkbox to true?
What fields are you mapping to the checkboxes in SurveyGizmo? Perhaps it’s an issue of using non-compatible fields?
