Progress bar not matching completion of survey

Hello,

We’re currently on the free trial account and noticed the progress bar at the bottom does not match the completion of the survey. Is someone able to confirm whether this issue will be fixed when we activate the account?

    This is a common complaint.  Review the SurveyGizmo documentation for their explanation of how the progress bar works – https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/my-progress-bar-percentages-are-wrong

    My group has found that sometimes the best solution is to just turn the progress bar feature off.
