Problems Updating Results in Standard Report

I am trying to work on Standard Report, but it is not updating automatically.  The survey is still open. I tried creating a new report and it does not report updated results.  Specifically, the report is including a response that has been deleted.  I have logged off and back on for over one hour, changed browser and it’s still not updating to exclude deleted results.
Oddly, the Legacy Summary Report does update when clicking on “Refresh”, so I am using this in the meantime but am concerned as it is set to disappear.

Please advise what I might be missing for reports to update results. Thank you

    I’m not sure what would cause your report to not show this updated data (I would suggest trying with a new report, but it sounds like you have already tried and haven’t had success) – I might suggest checking in with SurveyGizmo Support as they should be able to troubleshoot this.
