Hi, It doesn’t matter which survey I send out it seems something has happened over the past couple of day’s. I sent out survey’s via creating a campaign, Uploading contacts and sending out the survey. For reason all my survey’s are either not being received by the respondents or they are going into their junk folder.
Is anyone else having this problem over the past couple of days.
I have a survey open last month that worked perfectly – Seems all survey’s I have set up are not working properly.
What is the audience that you are sending to? Is it an education institution, hospital, or maybe a financial institution? (these orgs typically have strict email filters that can cause email to go to spam).
Organizations often update their email security policies and this can cause deliverability changes.
Also, something as trivial as the subject of your email can have an effect on this (using an ! point can trip up spam filters).
