I have my private domain configured. It appears to be working but I can’t seem get around “/S3” at the end of the URL for my survey.
I would like my private domain to point directly to my survey. I was planning to print the domain on some marketing materials to alert my customers of the survey.
Would be easier for end user to type in:
feedback.mycompany.com VS feedback.mycompany.com/S3
Is there any way around this?
2] The /S3 should not be the end of the survey URL. You need to add some additional text to specifically identify your survey (feedback.mycompany.com/s3/2016survey). If a respondent clicks on feedback.mycompany.com/s3 they will be directed to a “Survey Not Found” page.
Do people still type in URLs? That is not very user friendly.
