[Solved] Is it possible to print and send surveys to those who have no email/internet? If so, how do you recommend this be done?

My organization has a small number of members who do not use email or have access to the internet. We would like to be able to collect data from these individuals to add to the information we receive from those who are already connected to us via technology.

Is this possible and if so, how would you recommend we do this?

You could use the TOOLS > DOWNLOAD SURVEY tool to generate a copy of your survey in MS WORD.  You could then distribute the survey as a WORD file or as a hardcopy.  You can review the details in the SurveyGizmo documentation – http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/print-a-paper-survey  Make sure that you select the INCLUDE QUESTION INPUTS option.  This will preserve the radio button and checkboxes in your copy.

It may be just the browser that I use, but when we use this tool the initial download file is an HTML file – we have to save it as an MS WORD document.

If the survey is in a word document how do you input the responses back to survey gizmo to analyze the data?

      Thank you,
