How do I Prevent “Automatically submit page” dependent on a default answer from a URL Variable?

0

I have Positive/Adequate/Negative Opinion poll that I have embedded into an email.  The answers are automatically recorded using the default answer with the url variable.  The user is sent to the “Thank You” page by using the “automatically submit page” function.

I would like to build in an option to ask users who selected “negative” answer to record feedback and an email.

How do I prevent the users showing a negative opinion from being automatically submitted to the “Thank You” page?

Kind regards,

Sam Young

You might just need to add another page to your survey and add Page Logic to this page to only show if the ‘negative’ option is selected:

    https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/setup-page-logic

You could then add a Send Email Action on the Thank You page:

and then add logic to the email action to also send only on the ‘negative’ response.

    Hope this helps!
