Hi, I’m a new enterprise customer. I’ve entered a question yesterday in your help community; it has received 10 views since yesterday; no responses. I’ve looked through your documentation on setting up new users but couldn’t find any troubleshooting section. I tried calling but apparently your offices are closed due to inclement weather.
