Hello — I am building a survey for a customer and am interested in piping responses from two previous questions as a checkbox next to radio buttons. The piped responses are randomized, so I need to be able to pull whatever the user chose and make as an available checkbox option. Example below.
13. What Diabetic medication is the patient currently taking?
- Janumet XR
- Glipizide ER
- Glipizide XL…
Would like a checkbox next to these radio button options:
19. What is the current status of the 90 day prescription for the patient?
- On file
- In workflow process
- Prescriber has not yet responded: contact personPlease enter an ‘other’ value for this selection.
- Prescriber refused 90 day prescription(s): contact personPlease enter an ‘other’ value for this selection.
Is this possible? If so, please advise.
While it’s certainly possible to pipe into options
and Rows there’s currently no way to pipe into one question from multiple questions.
Thanks David for the response!
As an fyi, I was able to figure out how to pipe multiple responses into one. I used this help topic, http://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/piping-multiple-questions. I have successfully been able to pipe multiple into one and then pipe those selected responses into my actual question.
However, there is still some ‘fine tuning’ I have to do in hiding the first checkbox question. I submitted a separate question for that.
