Phone Service Changes

Thank you for using our scheduled call system! SurveyGizmo support is making some big changes on January 17th in order to ensure that you get help as quickly as possible.

We’re excited to begin offering you 24/7 support and shorter response times! SurveyGizmo will be answering your email requests at all hours of the day. We’ll even get back to you on the weekends!

We are also changing the way we offer support over the phone:

*We will now be offering live phone support 24/7 as a paid service. This will replace our current scheduled call system.*

Do you prefer getting help from our friendly agents via chat? Never fear! SurveyGizmo live chat will continue to be available between 8am-5pm MST, Monday-Friday. One of our knowledgeable and helpful technical support agents will expertly get you the answers to your questions.

You’ll be able to schedule calls until the 17th. Any calls scheduled will be completed!

    Hi this is Melissa, I am working under Shaye’s account. I am new to survey gizmo and building surveys. I need a little assistance with a very specific question that should only have the answers come up from the previous question that was answered. I can not find a way to make it work properly. It is a very important part of this survey I am working on. Please call me at phone number removed by Community Administrator.

        Thank you for your note. As this is a public forum I have removed your phone number for your security. As the issue here is specific to your survey, it may be best to reach out to our Support Heroes for assistance.

        At this moment we offer live chat (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/chat-with-a-hero) and email support via support@sgizmo.com. You can also schedule a call until Jan. 17th.

        As the above post mentions, changes are coming to our Phone Service offerings early next week.

      Is there a per incident phone support? If yes, what are the charges?

        Hi Dabid,

        I understand that you are offering phone support 24/7 for $2000 per year. What about the people who only need phone support during regular hours? Who only have one or two questions every few months. That seems very pricey for something we won’t use 24/7. Maybe you should come up with hourly rates?@000 seems excessive and there is a definite inequity there.

            While we do not have current plans to charge an hourly rate for phone support, we will certainly inform our customers of any future changes to the phone support model.
