Hi this is Melissa, I am working under Shaye’s account. I am new to survey gizmo and building surveys. I need a little assistance with a very specific question that should only have the answers come up from the previous question that was answered. I can not find a way to make it work properly. Is there a per incident phone support? If yes, what are the charges?
I understand that you are offering phone support 24/7 for $2000 per year. What about the people who only need phone support during regular hours? Who only have one or two questions every few months. That seems very pricey for something we won’t use 24/7. Maybe you should come up with hourly rates?@000 seems excessive and there is a definite inequity there.
