In one of our questionnaires. Google analytics show that a participant has passed, but we couldn’t find it anywhere in the Results tab. It’s been several hours and data still haven’t shown up. Please help. Thanks!
This sounds like something that you may need to reach out to SurveyGizmo Support for – they will be able to access the survey and troubleshoot in-depth.
While other users in the Community might have some ideas, I personally have not run into the issue that you have described, so I’m not quite sure what could cause it.
But perhaps another user in the Community has some suggestions?
