People are completing the survey but responses are not showing and I have several responses for the same ID. Could you help me please?
Since no one on the Community Forum can see your survey, it is hard to give you exact answers.
When you say that responses are not showing, are you looking at an online report? Have you checked the filters of the report to see if they are configured correctly?
And when you say you have several responses for the same ID, are you referring to the Response ID or something else?
I suggest that you export your all of your response data to a CSV file and open it in Excel. This will allow you to view all of your response data at once and get a better idea of what is happening with your responses.
